Shipping Protection and Gratuity / Tipping are completely optional. They are not required fees and will only be added to your order total if you choose to select them during checkout.

3. Refunds For Optional Add-Ons

We want your checkout experience to be clear and transparent.

If Shipping Protection or Gratuity / Tipping was added by mistake, or if you simply change your mind, you may request a refund for those optional add-on amounts.

These fees can be refunded even if your order has already shipped. Once approved, the exact amount will be refunded back to your original payment method.
